Age Limit 0f 35 For Air Traffic Control Recruits Unlawful

The London Central Employment Tribunal has declared the National Air Traffic Services (NATS) practice of refusing to consider any potential recruit for an air traffic controller’s job who was over the age of 35 as unlawful.
